V-PATH Operations allows you to provide content for the development and operation of your digital engines. To clarify ownership and operational responsibilities:

Ownership: You retain full ownership of any expertise, branding, messages, or images you provide to us (“User Content”).

Operational License: By providing content, you grant V-PATH Operations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of building, operating, and improving your monetization infrastructure.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the legal right to use it. V-PATH Operations reserves the right to modify or refuse content that violates these Terms or operational integrity.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Logic: V-PATH Operations owns all rights to the specific architectural design, logic flows, and custom code within our automations and "digital engines".

Partner Content: You retain ownership of your personal brand, original content, and audience data. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of operating your monetization infrastructure.

5. Termination

V-PATH Operations reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our infrastructure if these terms are violated or if operational integrity is compromised. Upon termination, your right to use V-PATH proprietary systems ceases immediately.

6. Disclaimers

To clarify the limits of our responsibilities, we provide the following disclaimers regarding V-PATH Operations:

No Warranty: Our infrastructure and digital engines are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the technical stack will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of our systems is at your own risk.

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide high-level strategic data, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the information generated by our automated reporting systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V-PATH Operations and its directors or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, audience data, or goodwill arising from the use of our monetization engines or these Terms.

V-PATH Operations reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time . Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be reflected at the top . Your continued use of the infrastructure after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of V-PATH Operations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain . Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
